This is a great ad for an apartment. If you can call it an apartment. From the sound of it, I'm not even sure this is a legal living space.
Via craigslist, of course.
(The first rule of renting-an-ugly-apartment-club is, you do not talk about renting-an-ugly-apartment-club.)
It's not the nicest apartment, but it **is** $575! No Fee!
Have you been looking at Boston housing prices, and noticing them being fantastically high? Well, they are! You get what you pay for in this sort of a market. This unit is most certainly not the nicest. It's not the biggest either, it's probably less than 8'x10'. There is NO kitchen, nor room for one. I don't think you could even have company over, it's a small, small room. But, if you want to save money, this is the place to go!
It has it's own entrance, it's own bathroom, and it's literally NEXT to the train, it's located in the 1700 block of Commonwealth Ave. Heat, hot water and electricity are included! There are even two windows, and the apartment has it's own bathroom. It's bleak, but not_ _incredibly bleak._ _This is the cheapest apartment you are going to find in the city, trust me I've checked.
It's **definitely not** real nice or anything, but this is the cheapest apartment.
It is right near Brookline, Cleveland Circle, and Brighton.
I'd love for you to call me about it to get it, but I'm going to set a few rules first, since this is just an outrageously priced apartment, and I'm going to get all kinds of crazy calls about it.
1. Only call if you're serious
2. Only call if you can move right in April 1st, and pay for the apartment (1st last security) upon seeing it
3. Don't try to say it's not nice when you see it, I just told you it's not nice. After this ad your expectations should be LOW.
4. Don't ask if I have any others I can show you in the price range/area/whatever, there aren't any. This is the only $575 studio in Brighton
