I'm surprised they are giving info like this. It doesn't seem like the best public relations approach. I mean, I would love to see all the calculations behind their system, because I'm interested in how it works, but I would think this is a good way to scare a lot of customers.
We need something like Googlefights for Amazon recommendations. Where I could put in another customer's name, and see how much more likely I am to purchase something than they are.
