I called customer care last night. They asked me how my day was, confirmed that there is a known problem (with no estimated date of resolution), offered me 50 free minutes at which I guffawed, since I think I used 50 minutes of phone time in the entire year of 2004, so they gave me $5 off my bill instead.
So, if you're having trouble too, call and get your $5. Or 50 minutes.
