Top meaning $100k or more. That arbitrary limit could be adjusted to show different results I'm sure, but there's still a nasty point to be made I think.

Maybe, if you donate to a political campaign, that should disqualify you from any appointment in that administration There would still be parties at the ranch and such. And I don't care for the way that rules like that restrict freedom of association. Other suggestions?
