Apparently, Emusic doesn't like me [10 Jan 2006|12:21am]

In general, I like emusic.com. They provide DRM-free mp3s, they have a good jazz selection and a lot of interesting hip-hop. The social aspects of the service are budding, and they have nice things like once you download a track, you can download it again in the future without spending another download on it. So if you accidentally delete some files, you can go back and download them again.

But I don't know what bizarro widgets are running the show over there. Below is my latest correspondence with them.

I did not cancel my subscription! There were bugs in your system that caused
this to happen previously, and I thought it was all straightened out. Please
fix it, again. I wish to maintain my subscription.
