Public space... or not.

Malls are a problem for public speech and protest.

I think that military recruitment centers probably shouldn't be allowed in malls if they are going to go down this road.

It's a branch of a public office, but it's wrapped in private space, so you can't protest its actions without causing damage to the private businesses, for which you can be sued. Someone please remind me again what the First Amendment actually means?
