I made some vegetarian black bean chili for dinner tonight. I've been tweaking the recipe, and will probably continue to tweak it. But I went ahead and posted the current version in my cookbook wiki. I know there are many ways to make chili out there, even vegetarian chili. Sometimes I'm in the mood for chile with a lot of veggies, sometimes with none. Sometimes I want beans, sometimes not. Sometimes fake meat, sometimes not. So, you can look forward to a few more iterations and variations on this theme. Enjoy.
